Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are 7-20 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

LOST PACKAGES
