Refund policy

At Napkidz, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
